The responsibilities of the Missions Ministry are:

Evaluate prospective and present missions to determine the level of support.

• Keep the congregation informed about supported missions.

• Organize mission’s trips or projects.

• Keep the Mission’s bulletin board current

• Promote Hanging Rock camps and retreats: coordinate registrations.

• Set up Registration Policy for Hanging Rock Camps and Events.

• Keep in contact with supported missions.

• Promote our Missions special events, projects and fundraising efforts, such as Love INC Banquet, Shalom Banquet, Purdue Campus House visits, etc… 

   

• Evaluate Benevolence request

                          Determine the level of financial support.

                          Keep records of request and distributions.

                          Set up and review Benevolence Policy.

   

  Time commitment:

  Missions Ministry meets quarterly.  Members are expected to help with responsibilities of the ministry.
