The responsibilities of the Building & Grounds Ministry are:

Oversee routine maintenance of the church buildings and grounds

• Schedule mowing, snow removal, and landscaping

• Maintain and purchase supplies for the baptistery

• Evaluate ongoing maintenance and potential upgrades of the church buildings and grounds

• Hire and work with custodian, procuring supplies for the custodians

• Obtain bids, hire and oversee contractors to preform required skilled labor

• Responsible for purchasing supplies for the kitchen

• Coordinate work days for the members of the congregation for building maintenance

• Present projects to bid to the Servant Leaders for review and funding approval

• Provide input for budget for building repair and maintenance

   

   

  Time Commitment:

  Building and Grounds Ministry meet monthly.  Members are expected to help with responsibilities of the ministry.
