Meet Pastor Alex & Ashlee Jones

Alex and Ashlee Jones are grateful to call Mechanicsburg Christian Church home. Alex serves as the Lead Pastor of MCC, where he is passionate about helping people know Jesus, grow as His disciples, and discover their place in God's story of restoring a broken world.

Alex has served in vocational ministry for nearly a decade in a variety of leadership roles. He earned his bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry from Lincoln Christian University and has a deep love for preaching God's Word, developing leaders, and shepherding the local church. Having grown up in a small church himself, Alex has a special appreciation for the close-knit relationships, authentic community, and intentional discipleship that churches like MCC can offer. He is committed to faithfully leading the church as it seeks to gather people to Jesus, raise them as His disciples, renew the community, and restore a broken world through the hope of the Gospel.

Ashlee has been serving in ministry since her high school years and has a heart for encouraging people of all ages. She enjoys building meaningful relationships, caring for families, and serving wherever there is a need. Together, Alex and Ashlee believe some of the most impactful ministry happens through everyday conversations, genuine hospitality, and simply walking alongside others as they follow Jesus.

Outside of ministry, Alex and Ashlee enjoy spending time with their son, Josiah. Whether they're exploring local parks, visiting coffee shops and farmers markets, or enjoying simple family adventures, they love making memories together. They are thankful God has called them to Mechanicsburg Christian Church and consider it a privilege to serve this community as they seek to know, love, and follow Jesus together.
